The Government plans to achieve “E-Conveyancing” by early 2007. This will require all property professionals and institutions to communicate via the internet using a common computer language so as to achieve a streamlined, rapid and ultimately paperless Conveyancing culture.
As a practice we have been proactive in our preparations and are amongst the relatively small percentage of Solicitors who:-
• Use Internet-based search facilities with one of the Government
prescribed “NLIS” providers
• Have in-house facilities for Land Registry and Companies House Direct
• Use Case Management software with advanced “E” capability.
Aside from the technology, we also believe that we have the human and other ingredients right. With a fixed and competitive fee structure, we provide all of our clients with a clear statement of costs right at the outset so that our clients can budget with a clear understanding of costs.
We act for a large number of private investor and also property company clients. We can offer specialist advice on Buy to Let and related issues including Landlord Recovery and Possession work.
